Platform 2 for services towards Newport is fully accessible via a footbridge with lifts at the end of platform 1.

The rail replacement bus stop is near the Great Western Hotel.
The Whistle Stop Café is located in the main station building to the left of the main entrance and ticket office. Access is also available from the northbound platform. Opening hours will be detailed on the cafe door.
Cycle parking is provided at two locations. 5 Sheffield stands are located near the accessible ramp access to the northbound platform. A further 5 Sheffield stands are located on the northbound platform by the lifts
