Passenger assistance meeting point - Ticket barriers near main entrance.
We want everyone to travel with confidence. That is why, if you are planning on travelling on national rail services, you can request an assistance booking in advance - now up to 2 hours before your journey is due to start, any time of the day. Left in the main entrance. The passenger assistance waiting meeting point is opposite the ticket gates.

There are induction loops indicated at the low and high level counters

There is space in front of the ticket machine to manoeuvre a wheelchair
The controls may be at a suitable height for some people
Customers are encouraged to approach a member of station staff with any customer information enquiry.
Audio announcements are broadcast throughout the station giving information about train running, platforms, security and safety announcements.
Customer information screens are provided on the station concourse, displaying train running information, and on each platform showing the next train and service information.
Rail replacement coach services can be found at the side of the station and can be accessed from platform 12 using the undercover walkway to/from the horse landing.
