Staff can deploy station ramps at all times when trains are operating through this station to help customers who need step-free access board any train at this station. Where in circumstances beyond our control station staff are not available, on train staff can deploy the on board ramp if necessary.

This is located on the main concourse, to the left of the main entrance near the Travel Centre (Open Mon-Sun 08:00 - 16:00)
When the Customer information point is closed, please go to the Travel centre, to the left of the main entrance (Open Mon-Sun 05:30-20:00).
When the Customer information point & Travel centre are closed, wait on concourse near the Passenger assist meeting point & staff will come meet you.
