Assistance is available to and from/to your booked train, taxi rank and drop off area. You can request where the assistance is required from when booking assistance via Passenger Assist app or via dedicated TOC specific Passenger Assist numbers or via Assisted Travel Lounge or via Help Points located in these areas. Assisted Travel Lounge can be found on the main concourse adjacent to the ticket office and if you are struggling to find it, please speak to any member of staff for assistance. For ‘Turn Up and Go’ service and for any other support with your assistance on the day, it is advised to use the Mobility Assistance numbers at London Euston:

The Underground station is very busy, especially during the morning and evening peaks. It will likely be quicker for customers to walk or catch a bus to nearby Warren Street or King's Cross St. Pancras instead.
