Platform 2 (to Manchester) is accessible from car park.
A footbridge with steps connects both platforms.

Cycle parking at Frodsham station is provided in two locations. 9 Sheffield stands providing parking for up to eighteen bicycles are sited on westbound Platform 1. Adjacent to the entrance to eastbound Platform 2, there is a shelter with 5 Sheffield stands providing parking for up to ten bicycles.
