Due to vegetation management work around Hengoed station, the following partial car park closures will take place overnight: • Bottom half of the car park: 20 June – 26 June • Top half of the car park: 18 July – 24 July Please be assured that the station will reopen in time for the first train each morning, and we will work to minimise disruption wherever possible.
Step free access to Platform 1 (to Cardiff) via a short path with a moderately steep gradient. Step free access to Platform 2 (to Rhymney) via a short but steep path from the car park.
