This station is category A. Step free access is provided from the station entrance to all platforms. This station is staffed for all services. There are train boarding ramps available at this station, and they are also carried on board all TransPennine Express trains.
Help Points are available throughout the station to contact a member of our team in an emergency or for information when the ticket office is closed. When using the Help Point our CCTV will be monitoring your position for the duration of the call.

.A welcome point is located opposite the ticket gates on the concourse. Press the assistance button to notify colleagues you have arrived.
Travel Centre
.The travel centre is located between the bus stands and the exit to Ferensway. Please check the opening times on the National Rail Enquiries website.
Pick Up / Drop Off in the bus interchange (adjacent to the railway station). Buses depart from stands A – D in the bus station.
