Step free access to the platform is via a ramp with a moderate gradient. There is no pavement at the station entrance which leads directly onto the main road.

The rail replacement bus stop is a local bus stop on the A496. To Pwllheli, it's near the junction of Llandanwg Road. To Machynlleth, it's on the opposite side of the junction of Llandanwg Road.
For the nearest bus stop turn right from the station turn and walk approximately 1000 metres
