Level access to platform 1.
There is a footbridge over the tracks which is the only access to the Leeds/Bradford platform 2. However, there is access onto both platforms directly but not between platforms
Mobility impaired passengers travelling towards Leeds/Bradford are requested to travel via Ilkley and change trains there. It should be noted that there is a very large stepping distance onto platform 2 and therefore is unsuitable for mobility scooters due to the risk of tipping over.
New Footbridge/Lifts are due for completion late 2025/early 2026.

The station front may be used for set down purposes for access to platform 1 and the ticket office. There is not a set down location for platform 2.
