Step free access to Platform 1 (to Swansea) from Station Road. Step free access to Platform 2 (to Carmarthen. Access between the platforms is available via a footbridge with steps and the roadbridge with pavement.

The rail replacement bus stop is a local bus stop on Seaview Terrace, near the junction with Station Rd.
Five lockers providing for parking for up to five bicycles are located on the both platforms.
