Step-free category B1 Station - There is step free access to both Platforms via ramps up to 1:14 gradient. Interchange between platforms is via a footbridge or using the ramps at the end of the platforms and using the level crossing.
Assistance is available to customers boarding and alighting trains, at all times trains are running. At this station assistance is provided by station staff during the morning peak, and at all other times by the Guard on board the train. You can book assistance up to 2 hours before your journey when travelling on South Western Railway. Planning in advance isn't always possible so do not worry if you haven't booked - please make yourself known to the Guard, who will step out onto the platform when the train arrives.
