This station offers assistance to customers who have not pre-booked any passenger assistance. We recognise that some customers already travel without having pre-booked assistance. Assistance can still be pre-booked for travel from/to this station

We want everyone to travel with confidence. That is why, if you are planning on travelling on national rail services, you can request an assistance booking in advance - now up to 2 hours before your journey is due to start, any time of the day. London Overground also offers a Turn-up-and-go service so you can travel without making a booking. Please speak to a member of staff on arrival at the station - we recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before the train you wish to take.
