Step free Category B2 - This station has a degree of step free access with both platforms able to be accessed step free, platform 1 is via a long ramp only and via local steep roads from platform 2. There is also a large step from the train to the platform and therefore ramps can not be used at this station. If you are not able to manage the step onto the train, please call GWR Passenger Assist team on 0800 197 1329.
