This is a Category B2 station. Level to both platforms and connecting footbridge with stairs between platforms.
The Passenger Assist meeting point is at the Ticket Office.
Please take care when boarding/alighting the train towards the front of platform 1 and the rear of platform 2 as the stepping distance between the platform and the train may be more prominent than at other areas of the platform.

Located on Platform 1. If unstaffed, go to departure platform. If travelling from Platform 2, go directly there – no step-free link between platforms.
