London Waterloo station is not open 24 hours, opening hours are detailed below, the station is closed overnight with no waiting facilities available.
Two of the four escalators at Exit 2 are being replaced at London Waterloo station.
Work will take several months to complete and during peak times you may be asked to use an alternative route. Thank you for bearing with us as we bring you more reliable escalators.

There is step free access from the main concourse to all platforms, shops and facilities.
Step free exits are exit 1 (Station approach), exit 2 (with a lift to Waterloo Road and lift access to the London Underground Jubilee line), and exit 3 for taxis and onward travel towards the South Bank.
Passengers travelling on journeys from London Waterloo who require information or assistance are advised to approach a member of staff or visit the information point in the centre of the main concourse.
Staffed information points are located on the main concourse until 21:00 daily.
