Tickets can be bought from the ticket machine or digitally.
Step Free Category B2 station. This station has a degree of step free access as both platforms can be approached via adjacent roads to access step free however the Taunton bound platform can only be accessed on the station via a step bridge.
We want everyone to travel with confidence. The ticket office is located in the main station building situated by platform 2. Access via Neva road.
Make your way onto the platform. Onboard teams will assist you.

There are induction loops indicated at the low and high level counters
There are ticket machines here
There is space in front of the ticket machine to manoeuvre a wheelchair
The controls may be at a suitable height for some people
