Rail replacement coaches will depart from Memorial Gardens on Leeman Road. Please exit via the main entrance at the front of the station and use the pedestrian crossing to cross Station Road. Turn left to follow the City Walls and continue until the next set of traffic lights, then cross back over Station Road, then immediately over Station Rise to access Memorial Gardens. The coach stop is approximately 5-10 minutes’ walk from the station entrance.

Lifts and level access to all platforms. Lift available from station concourse (platform 3) to platforms 5 -11. Customer assistance available 'Call for Aid' button by taxi rank at front of station. No level access to National Rail Museum via platforms 10/11, exit at front of station and around Station Hotel.
Staff can deploy station ramps at all times when trains are operating through this station to help customers who need step-free access board any train at this station. Where in circumstances beyond our control station staff are not available, on train staff can deploy the on board ramp if necessary.
When arriving for booked or turn-up-and-go assistance, the meeting point is the Customer Information Point on the main concourse. Staff are available to provide Passenger Assist at all times that trains are operating for customers who have booked or who travel as turn-up-and-go. Assistance is available both to board/alight trains and also navigating around the station.
Customer Information Point
.This is located to the right of WHSmith's as you enter from the main station entrance (Mon-Sat 06:45-20:30 & Sun 07:45-20:00)

.When the Customer Information Point is closed, sit in the Passenger Assist seating opposite with black & yellow signs. Speak to staff when they arrive

Unplanned / emergency rail replacement during times of disruption will depart from Bus Stop RD. Exit the station to the right via the main portico. The bus stop is located opposite the “Cycle Heaven at the Station” retail unit.
Planned rail replacement during engineering works will depart from Memorial Gardens / Leeman Road.
